YOGA CLASSES RETURN TO WATER CONSERVATION GARDEN

May 8, 2024  (Rancho San Diego) – Yoga classes return to the beautiful and serene Water Conservation Garden at Cuyamaca College. Open to the public for a nominal fee, the classes include chair yoga, sloth yoga, and gentle garden yoga.

CHAIR YOGA EVERY TUESDAY 11 a.m. – 12 p.m.
 
Relax into a practice that nurtures body and mind through modified poses, soothing breathwork, and serene meditation, all while seated comfortably.
 
 
SLOTH YOGA EVERY WEDNESDAY 10 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
 
Experience a yoga class that embodies deliberate pacing, deep awareness, and inner strength. Slow, mindful, strong.
 
 
GENTLE GARDEN YOGA EVERY THURSDAY 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
 
Discover a yoga class focused on refining physical poses, mastering breathwork, and deepening meditation practices.
