MAJOR ACCIDENTS SNARL COMMUTE ON 3 AREA FREEWAYS

November 18, 2009 (San Diego)-SigAlerts have been issued following  serious accidents on area freeways this evening including I-8, I-805, and SR 163. 

 

 

Two cars have rolled over, trapping passengers inside on southbound I-805 at Murray Ridge Road. The accident also involves a motorcycle and there are multiple injuries, IPN reported at 6:38 p.m.

 

Traffic remains slow following an earlier accident on westbound I-8 at Mission Center Road, according to SigAlert San Diego.com, where IPN reports that a multi-vehicle pile-up left a motorcyclist unconscious.

 

An ambulance has also been called for a third accident on 805 south of 163, where an SUV has overturned, California Highway Patrol reports.
