May 17, 2012 (San Diego) — Nine candidates are in the running for the redrawn 52nd Congressional district seat currently held by Republican Brian Bilbray. Eight of them answered a detailed questionnaire provided by the Pomerado News–all but Bilbray himself, who failed to respond to questions.
