April 3, 2026 (Jacumba Hot Springs) – Sunny, mild desert weather sets the stage April 4 and 5th, for a stellar weekend full of music, outdoor fun and fantastic food, a new shop opening and more. The weekend’s events include a Beatles tribute music fest and campout, bathhouse bazaar,  Easter Brunch, and an herbalist’s new shop opening.

Magical Mystery Campout – A Beatles Tribute Weekend 

DeAnza Hot Springs Resort hosts  a Beatles Tribute Fair featuring 20 bands, contests, tie-dyes and memorabilia, in the unique outdoor setting unique to the high desert backcountry of East County. 

Desert wildflower trails, stargazing, swimming in pristine mineral waters, tie-dyes, tacos, singalongs and more await Beatles fans.  

Sat. April 4  Sun. April 5  

12 noon – 10 p.m.

DeAnza Springs Resort – catering to RVs, tent campers and day trippers.

The Beatles revival concerts are the inspiration of San Diego’s Alma Rodriguez of Queen Bee’s Art and Cultural Center in North Park.

Jacumba’s Monthly Bathhouse Bazaar 

Saturday  April 4   10 a.m. – 2 p.m. 

Crafters, vintage clothing, fine art, collectibles, garden items, tools, furniture, wood design, herbal products, plants, miscellaneous. treasures, plus a lake, trails and more. Jacumba’s Bathhouse Bazaar is in its 6th year (with evening hours in summer months). Vendor spaces are free of charge. events@jacumbahotspringshotel.com

The evening brings a concert-by-candlelight under starry skies in the Old Bathhouse  8-10PM 

Bachata Surf blends Latin and Afro-Caribbean percussion and lyrics with vintage psychedelic, punk rock, and surf guitars. Everyone is welcome ($20 suggested donation) 

Later the music moves indoors to a vinyl set by DJ Jesus de Jesus, in the Hotel’s dramatic Hideaway Bar.

Jacumba Celebrates a New Shop in Town – Rumatha

Sat. April 4   12 – 5 p.m. 

A New Shop, RUMATHA* opens in Jacumba. Herbalist Alanna Gray is offering her natural product line Herbcrafters Portal, and Gabriel Dice designer hats. 

*Rumatha Jacumba is a genus of moth endemic to the desert. 

Easter Brunch, Makers’ Market, Live Music – Jacumba Hot Springs Hotel & Spa, Sunday April 5 

Easter Sunday includes a Patio Brunch at Jacumba Hotel & Spa, live music, and a Makers Market.  Soak in the mineral waters and enjoy the mild weekend weather.  

8 a.m. – 3 p.m.  Signature Brunch + Specials by Executive Chef Leo Ceja • Family Friendly 

11 a.m. –12 p.m. & 1 p.m. –2 p.m. • Pete Posie performs live country tunes. 

The Makers Market 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. 

Guests can browse vintage, handmade, and small-batch goods, sip chai, sample artisan cheeses, and try a grounding bee vibrational therapy experience. Also available are the mineral spring pools and cabanas (21+).
