February 9, 2013 (San Diego’s East County)–In the spirit of Valentine’s Day, the San Miguel District Fire Stations will be offering free blood pressure screenings, February 14th from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. at any San Miguel District Fire Station.
