FREE SUMMER MOVIES IN LA MESA JULY 16 AND 30

July 8, 2010 (La Mesa) — The City of La Mesa is offering two free summer movie nights. The movies are shown on large screens, providing family entertainment under the stars.  Now you can enjoy a "dive-in movie" while swimming or floating, or relish a movie in the park at dark.

 

“Dive-in-Movie” features “UP” on Friday, July 16th at 8:00 pm; doors open at 7:30 pm. Wear your swim suit and bring something to float on to La Mesa Municipal Pool, 5100 Memorial Drive.

“Movie Under the Stars” features “Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs” on Friday July 30th at 8:00 pm with a pre-show at 7:30 pm. Bring your lawn chair or spread out a blanket at La Mesita Park, 8855 Dallas Street.  Refreshments will be sold at a nominal price.
